Wallet Setup and Safety

Add one low-value wallet before configuring live work. Sthang stores wallets in named wallet folders, which you select again in Mission Control, Funds Manager, WL Checker, and Sthang Sweep.

Add your first wallet

  1. Open Wallet Manager.
  2. Enter a purpose-based name in New Folder Name, then choose the + button.
  3. Select the new wallet folder.
  4. Enter an Alias and the wallet's Private key. Add an OS Cookie only when a workflow you trust specifically requires it.
  5. Choose + Wallet.
  6. Compare the derived address shown in the wallet row with the address from a wallet tool you already trust.

The setup is complete when the wallet appears under the intended folder and its displayed address is correct. If the row does not appear, keep the source wallet unchanged and resolve the validation message before trying again.

Before live work

  • Keep test, routine, and high-value wallets in separate folders.
  • Confirm the selected wallet, network, destination, value, gas limits, and wallet count at the final action.
  • Start with small caps and one wallet until the workflow is familiar.
  • Treat submitted, pending, or unknown as unresolved. Do not create a replacement transaction until independent chain evidence resolves the first attempt.
  • Never put a private key, recovery phrase, cookie, provider credential, or full license in screenshots, logs, notes, or support messages.

Documentation, update checks, and license continuity never require wallet secrets. If an updater or support prompt asks for them, stop. See Security Practices before funding a new setup.
